Durn S'Altar, Priest of Grabthar the World Barer. Wise, Strong, Loyal but sadly not too bright. Shortly after joining the party the came across a magical glove and without hesitation Durn tried it on, sadly this item is known as The Right Hand of Vim, and his real hand was disintegrated leaving him with a powerful relic of the God Vim though this started to cause his connection to Grabthar to weaken. The Hand is part of a set of magical relics of the God Vim, Durn sought to find another of the items and challenge the owner to a duel. This challenge went unanswered and Durn failed to find out where the bearer of the other relic was within the city but he had more pressing matters to attend to. After the Undead Plague had been halted within the city Durn joined in the celebrations and met a young widow who wished to celebrate with Durn in private. Sadly upon waking with a massive hangover he found that his right hand had been stolen by the woman who left a love note with a single rose thanking him for granting her a second relic.
Durn is missing his memories of his past and seeks to unravel the reason they were taken from him. He has little enough information to go on but after a visit to Ladira's Fortunes a seer who holds audiences at the Evermoving Market. He showed the Lady Ladira the only object that he had of his past, a generals insignia, and she gave him a reading telling A Truth; A Secret; A Lie.
A Truth: Powers of the the Divine can be lost by those who serve two masters, a choice should be made.
A Secret: A strong soul may prove themselves worthy and serve to masters and gain the blessings of both.
A Lie: You came to the Drazi Kingdom of your own free will.
The Lady Ladira also told him that his deal with Mags was unwise and the wishes granted by the Fay Creature are never honored as intended.
